If your business allows cancelation of appointments on the Webstore and Consumer Mobile App (CMA), you can display a disclaimer text to your guests stating the terms and conditions for the appointment cancelation.
This article details steps for adding/editing cancelation policy on the Webstore and CMA.
To add/edit the cancelation policy on the Webstore
- At the center-level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Centers > Online Booking.
The Online Booking settings open.
2. Expand the Webstore V2 Settings tab.
3. Scroll down and locate the field Cancelation Policy.
4. Add a new cancelation policy or edit if you already have a policy.
5. Click Save.
You have successfully added/edited the cancelation policy on the Webstore.
To add/edit the cancelation policy on the CMA
- At the organization-level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Organizations > Online Booking > Webstore V1 template.
The Webstore V1 template opens. - Click the General section.
The General section opens. - Scroll down to locate the Cancelation Policy setting.
- Enter your cancelation policy disclaimer text in the text box or edit the text if you already have a policy.
5. Click Save.
You have successfully added/edited your cancelation policy for the CMA.
