When your guests purchase a gift card online, an email notification is triggered to recipients informing them that they have received a gift card. The email is triggered when the guest completes the purchase of the gift card online and clicks Send Now on the Webstore.
You can customize the email to include details such as center name, gift card number, recipient name, and others.
To configure and customize the Gift Cards Online template
- At the organization level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Organizations > Email/Text.
- Scroll down and locate Gift Cards Online in the Mobile/Webstore section.
3. Click Edit to edit the email template.
The Edit Organization page opens.
4. Use the available macros to customize the content and create the gift
cards online email template.
