In Zenoti Mobile, package benefits for guests are automatically redeemed during checkout. However, based on the guest’s preference, the front-desk staff can choose to remove or apply a different package for the guest. 

Note: If you have enabled the Restrict redemptions to the center at which package is sold setting when creating a package at the organization level, then that package redemption is restricted to the center at which it was sold. 

When a guest visits your center for a service that is part of the package, the benefits are automatically applied in the invoice. In the following image, you can see how the package benefits are applied in an invoice.

To redeem package manually

  1. From the Zenoti Mobile, tap Appointments tab.

  2. Tap Proceed for Payment.
    The Take Payment screen appears.

  3. To apply package benefits, tap Packages.
    A list of packages appears in the Package screen. 

  4. From the Package list, select a package.

  5. Tap Apply.
    The benefits are applied in the invoice. 

  6. Tap Add Payment.
    Zenoti processes the payment to the invoice.
    Note: To collect any remaining amount, use the payment modes based on the guest’s preference.

  7. Tap Close Invoice.
    : To print the invoice, tap Close And Print. To email the invoice for the guest tap Close And Email.
