On busy days and possibly on weekends when the footfall is high, guests may not be able to find a suitable appointment time slot in your center. In such cases, the guest has to either choose a time slot that might not be convenient or skip booking the appointment entirely.
To avoid such situations, you can allow your guests to check the availability of appointments in the nearby centers for service bookings. 

To display appointments of nearby centers

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization > Organizations.

  2. Click the Online Booking tab and click the Webstore V2 template.

  3. Expand Appointment Booking Flow.

  4. Locate and switch on the Allow guest to book appointment in near by locations setting.

  5. Select any one of the following: 

  • Zones: Select this radio button, if you want to display centers that are in your zone or nearby zones.
    The following settings appear when you enable this setting:
    - Distance To Be Measured In: Specify the distance to be measured either
       in Kilometers or in Miles.
    - Set the Maximum Radius To Show Centers:  Enter the distance within which
       the nearby centers are located. The Webstore will display all the centers
       within the radius of the distance specified. 

             Example: Center 1 is in Brownsville and Center 2 is in Crown Heights.
             Both centers are located in Brooklyn, New York City.  The distance
             between both the centers is 3.5 kilometers or 2.2 miles. In such a case,
             you will select the Zones radio button, select the Distance to be Measured
             in as either Kilometers or Miles, and specify the distance as either 3.5 or 2.2.

  • Distance: Select this radio button if you want to display the centers that are not in the same zone.
    The following settings appear when you enable this setting:
    - Distance To Be Measured In: Specify the distance to be measured either
      in Kilometers or in Miles.
    - Set the Maximum Radius To Show Centers: Enter the distance of the
      radius within which the centers are located. The Webstore will display all
      the centers within the radius of the distance specified.

  • Custom: Select this radio button if you want to display the centers irrespective of the distance.
    Note: After you enable this setting, you must select all the centers that will appear as nearby centers from the center level Online Booking settings.
    a. At the center level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization> Centers. Online Booking.
    b. Click on the Online Booking tab and expand Online Booking Setup.
    c. Select the checkbox Enable Appointment Slots Across Nearby Centers.
    d. Select all the nearby centers from the Select Nearby Centers list.
    e. Click Add.
    f. Click Save.

6. After you configure the above settings, click Publish to publish all the settings and make them live. 

When your guests book an appointment on the Webstore and if they are not able to find a suitable time slot in your center, they can click View Availability At Nearby Centers and check the available time slots in the nearby centers for booking the appointment.
