Your guest can walk-in and use the Kiosk to book an appointment at your center.

Before You Begin

Make sure you Enable Guest Kiosk forms at the organization level in the Guest Kiosk settings. Click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization > Centers > Settings > Queue/Guest Kiosk.

Your guest takes the following actions while booking an appointment on the Kiosk:

  1. Log in to the Kiosk using the phone number or email id.
    The Kiosk shows all the guest profiles related to the phone number.
    Note: If you're a new guest, tap Add New Person and fill in the required details to create a new profile.

  2. Select the appropriate profile. 
    Hint: Guests using kiosk can enter the referral code during sign up. This referral code benefit is applied to the invoice during the guest checkout. However, this feature is available only in Zenoti private beta version.

    3. Click Proceed.

        The guest has logged in successfully.
        The services page opens. 

  4. Select a service.
     The list of providers who can perform the service appear. 

  5. Select a provider.
  6. Tap Confirm.
Ready to Book screen appears. It allows you to add an additional family member to the appointment before completing the booking.

7. Tap Done.
Appointment confirmation screen appears with the approximate wait time.
