  • Track the fee amount and the associated invoice and guest details during a time period. 

  • Track the item type on which the fee was charged such as Services, Products, Memberships, Day Packages, Series Packages, Gift Cards/Prepaid cards - this is only if your business collects this fee based on selected item types.

  • Verify numbers in case of disputes about the fee employees earned if their payroll numbers do not match. 

  • Quickly glance over data to understand which item types attract ‘Other Fee’ compared to others (useful for managers).
