Zenoti understands that there should be continuity in your business and customer acquisition. If your center is under renovation or not yet launched, it should not hamper your customer acquisition.

One such unique way of attracting new guests is by offering them Gift Cards at a discounted price. 

After you override the organization level catalog settings and configure the Webstore catalog at the center level, you can attribute the sales of gift cards to a particular center and also ensure that such gift cards are only redeemable at your center.

Prerequisite

You must enable Allow Center Level Override in the CX V3 template.

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Organizations > Online Booking > CX V3 template.

  3. Select Different Center for Gift Card Sales checkbox.

  4. Enable the option Allow Center Level Override.

  5. Select a center from the Gift Card Center drop-down list. 

  6. Click Save.
    The center level settings will now override the organization settings for Gift Card sales and redemptions.

To allow the sales of the gift card at the center level

  1. At the center level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Center > Centers > Online Booking.

  3. Expand Webstore V2 Settings

  4. Select the checkbox Attribute Gift Card Sales to this Center.
    The gift card sales are attributed to the center where they are sold. 

To restrict the redemption of gift cards

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Setup > Gift Card Templates > <Gift Card Template>.

  3. Enable Restrict Redemption to the Center where it was Sold checkbox.

  4. Enter the confirmation message in the box.

  5. Click Save.
    The gift cards are redeemable only at the centers where they are sold.
