The Guest Average Feedback (V2) by Day report helps business owners track ratings, micro feedback, and comments given by guests who visited the business on a particular day. This report also tracks details such as the invoice number and ratings given for each of the micro aspects of your business.
To view a trend in overall ratings, as a business owner, use the Guest Feedback Summary (V2) report which is a graphical report.
Before You Begin
Ensure that the Average Feedback (v2) by Day report is enabled from the organization level (Admin > Organization > Organizations > Reports tab > Loyalty > Feedback Summary (V2) > Avg Feedback by Day).
