To allow your employees to manually add the loyalty points to your guests, you need to give them Add Loyalty Points role permission. 

To give the add loyalty points role permission:

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization > Security Roles.

  2. Click on the required role name.

  3. Click the Permissions tab and expand Guest Manager.

  4. Select the Add Loyalty Points check box.

  5. Click Save.

The user now has the required permissions to manually add loyalty points.
