To allow your employees to manually add the loyalty points to your guests, you need to give them Add Loyalty Points role permission. 

To give the add loyalty points role permission

  1. Ensure that you are at the organization level.

  2. Navigate to Admin > Organization > Security Roles > User Role.
    The Edit Role page opens.

  3. Go to the Permissions tab.

  4. Expand the Guest Manager

     5. Select the Add Loyalty Points check box.
    6. Click Save.
         The user now has the required permissions to manually add loyalty points.
