Important: The button label for the No Show button, is configurable as per your organizational requirements. This is available in the Queue settings.

To mark a guest as no show
Go to Services Pending section.
On the Services Pending section, you will see all the appointment blocks with three buttons Skip, No Show and Start.
Once you are sure that your guest is not at the premises, or has left, click the No Show button.
The appointment for the current guest will be deleted. The appointment for the guest next in the queue, will be highlighted and you can choose to Start the service, Skip, or mark No Show again, depending on your requirements.
