1. Open Queue.

  2. Go to the Clients waiting section.

    In the Clients waiting section, you see all the appointment blocks. Each appointment has three buttons - No Show, Check-in, and Start.

    Note: As customized by your organization, you may see the No Show button with a different label. For example: Left, Unavailable, etc.

  3. After you are sure that your guest is not at the premises, or has left, click the No Show button.

  4. From the Reason list, select a reason for the no show. You can provide more details in the Comments box.

  5. Click Submit.
