You can use Queue to manage and monitor your guests, appointments, and their services. Queue view is a significant component for businesses to manage queues daily.
When Queue is enabled, your front desk can add a guest to a virtual queue and estimate service time.
Your staff manages the queue and updates the status as and when service begins or ends. After the service is complete, the guests make a payment that gets recorded in Zenoti.
Before you begin to use Zenoti Queue, make sure you review and set up the required configurations.
Note: You have to be an owner, manager, or have the necessary permissions to make the configurations.
