You can configure service recovery time to be part of employee utilization using the organization level setting:

  • At the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Organization > Organizations.

  • Click the Settings tab and expand Employee.

  • If Consider service recovery time in employee utilization setting is clear (not checked) then the service recovery time does not contribute towards calculating employee utilization%.
