Some businesses accommodate a steady stream of walk-ins and use the POS to quickly collect payment for services after the guests have completed their appointments. Since such appointments are not scheduled, it may make sense to hide them on the Appointment Book.
Below is an example Appointment Book screenshot that shows all appointments, including the ones added during the billing from POS.
To hide the services added from POS,
At the organization level, click the Admin icon.
Navigate to Organization > Organizations.
Expand the Invoice and Receipts section.
Under Invoice Settings, select the option 'Do not display services added during billing on Appointment Book'.
Appointment book will now show only the scheduled appointments.
