For payroll purposes, all employees (such as providers or the front-desk staff) must check in and check out at the start and end of each shift. Failure to effectively check in or check out may result in payroll errors.

To check-in or check out

  1. Access the Zenoti Mobile app menu.

  2. On the menu, tap Check In.
    The Checked in successfully message appears.

3. After you complete the shift, access the Zenoti Mobile menu, and tap Check Out.
 The Checked-out successfully message appears.
