You can choose to configure Zenoti Payments for your entire organization or for specific centers. Please note that if you configure Zenoti Payments at the center level, the center level settings override the organization level settings.

To configure your Zenoti Account to accept Zenoti Payments

1. At the center level, navigate to Admin > Centers.
    The Manage Centers page opens.

2. Click the name of your center.
     All center settings categorized by tabs appear.

3. Click the Payment tab and expand Integrated Payment Processor.
    Depending on the country you are in, one or more payment processors appear.

4. Select Use center settings.
    Note: If you want to configure Zenoti Payments at the organization level, you
    must navigate to  Admin > Organization > Organizations > Payment > Integrated
    Payment Processor > Configure Payment Processors
and proceed with the next
    step.

5. Locate Zenoti Payments payment processor and click Configure.  

     The Zenoti Payments configuration screen opens.

6. If you already have a Stripe account, skip to step 9. Else, click
    Create new Stripe account.
    The Create Stripe Account pop-up appears.

7. Enter your email address and click Create.
    You will receive an email from Stripe requesting you to provide business and
    bank account details for which payments should be deposited.
    Important: Ensure that you follow all the instructions in the email sent by Stripe
    and complete your Stripe account setup.
    If your Stripe account setup is not complete, card transactions will be placed
    "on hold" and not deposited in your account until you complete your Stripe
    account setup. 

8. After your Stripe account is created, log in to Zenoti and repeat steps 1 to 5.

9. Click Connect my Stripe account to Zenoti.
    A window with an option to Sign in with Stripe to connect appears.
    Note: When you sign in with your Stripe account through Zenoti, you are
    enabling Zenoti to transact on your behalf.

10. After you sign in successfully sign in, the Processor Settings and the Terminal          Settings appear.

11. Complete the following Processor Settings fields:

  • Statement Descriptor: The text in this field appears in the guest's credit card statement. By default, this field shows your center's name. You can change the text based on your preference.
  • Port Number: Enter the port number as 8087.
    This port is used only if you connect a card reader directly to the desktop POS to process card payments.
    Note
    : You must also ensure that the WEBSOCKET port is set to 8087. For more information, see Step 3 of Edit the Config File.
  • Email: Shows the email address associated with the Stripe account.
  • Enable AVS: Enables Address Verification Service (AVS) to prevent fraudulent transactions. When AVS is enabled, the guest will be required to enter the street address and ZIP code during the credit card transaction. AVS then compares the submitted street address and ZIP code with the values on file at the cardholder’s bank and the transaction goes through only if the details match.
  • Saving Cards: Based on your requirement, select the following:
     - Web and Mobile POS: Select this checkbox to allow saving cards on desktop
       and Mobile POS.
       Auto-save cards for payments checkbox appears.
     - Auto-save cards for payments: Select this checkbox to enable Store
       checkbox in Take Payments screen in Zenoti web application.
       Note: At present, Store checkbox does not appear in Take Payment screen in
       Zenoti Mobile.
    - Webstore and CMA: Select this checkbox to allow saving cards on Webstore
       and Customer Mobile Application (CMA).

13. In the Terminal Settings section, based on how you wish to collect payments, do
     one of the following:

14. Click Add Terminal.
      The Add Terminal window opens.     

15. From the Device Model drop-down, based on the device you are using, select
     one of the following: 

  • Verifone E355
  • Miura M010

Device Model is set to Verifone E355 

If you set the Device Model to Verifone E355, for the Device Mode, based on how
your card reader is connected (WiFi or USB), select either USB or WIFI

    The configuration options change based on your selection.

    Device Mode: USB    

     If you leave the Device Mode as USB unchanged, complete the following fields:

        Device Mode: WIFI

       If you select the Device Mode as WIFI, complete the following fields:

  • Terminal Name: Enter a name of your choice for the terminal. 
  • Serial Number: Enter the serial number that is on the back of your Verifone e355 card reader.
  • Reader IP: Enter the IP address assigned to your device. 

Device Model is set to Miura M010 

If you set the Device Model to Miura M010, for the Device Mode, based on how
your card reader is connected (USB or Bluetooth), select either USB or Bluetooth

    The configuration options change based on your selection.

    Device Mode: USB    

     If you leave the Device Mode as USB unchanged, complete the following fields:

  • Terminal Name: Enter a name of your choice for the terminal. 
  • Identifier: If you are configuring the terminal to collect payments from the desktop, enter the identifier name that is in the configuration file of the card reader.
    If you wish to collect payments using Zenoti Mobile POS, you can enter a name of your choice.
  • Serial Number: Enter the serial number that is on the back of your Miura card reader.

        Device Mode: Bluetooth

       If you select the Device Mode as Bluetooth, complete the following fields:

  • Terminal Name: Enter a name of your choice for the terminal. 
  • Identifier: If you are configuring the terminal to collect payments from the desktop, enter the identifier name that is in the configuration file of the card reader.
    If you wish to collect payments using Zenoti Mobile POS, you can enter a name of your choice.
  • Serial Number: Enter the serial number that is on the back of your Miura card reader.

16. Click Add. The terminal is added and appears on the screen.
      You can edit the terminal by clicking the pencil next to the terminal's name.
      Note: You cannot delete a terminal if it is the only one that is configured.

17. To add another terminal, click the Add Terminal link, and repeat steps 13 to 16.

18. Click Save.
     You have successfully configured your Zenoti account to accept
     payments.

19. (Optional) If you have configured more than one payment processor, select
     Select Transaction Types
and select the processor you wish to use for in-store
     and online transactions.
     The following is an example image that shows two payment processors
     configured for each of the transaction types.
