Disputes are an unfortunate part of accepting payments online. When a payment is disputed by your guest, you must submit evidence to make a case that the payment was valid.
The evidence to submit varies depending on the dispute notification you receive or the dispute type you found for the transaction in the Zenoti Payments - Disputes report.
The following is the list of dispute types. Click a dispute type to know the evidence you must submit for that dispute type.

- Product not received
- Product unacceptable
