Based on your role, you can use the Appointments menu of Zenoti Mobile app to change the appointment status of a guest to one of the following:

  • If your role is Therapist, you can only Check In a guest.
  • If your role is Front Desk, you can change an appointment status to one of the following:
    - New
    - Confirmed
    - Check In
    - Undo Check In
    - Closed
    - Reopen
    - No Show
    - Cancel

To change the appointment status:

1. Access Appointments from the Zenoti Mobile menu.

2. Tap the appointment whose appointment status you wish to change.

3. Based on your requirement, select the desired appointment status.
    The appointment status changes.
