To know the health of your business, it is good to know the average invoice value in a given time frame. For example, if you sold $3000-worth items in a total of 120 invoices, it means that your average invoice value is $25.  

Average Invoice Value = [Total value of invoices/ Total number of invoices] in a given time frame

Filters

The Average Invoice Value dashboard has the following filters: 

  • Start Date, End Date: Use these filters to specify the date range to track details regarding appointment time at your centers. For example, which day of the week and which time of the day do guests prefer for appointments. Note: These filters apply to all the charts.
  • Zone Name: Use this option to filter all the charts based on the Zone you select.
  • Centre Name: Use this option to filter all the charts by the Center you select.
  • Guest Gender: Use this option to filter all the charts by Male, Female, or Not Applicable or All guests respectively. 
  • Is Member: Use this option to filter all the charts by Male, Female, or Not Applicable or All guests respectively. 
  • Guest Type: Use this filter to specify the Guest Type such as Existing Guest, New Guest, or All. 
  • Service Category: Use this option to filter based on service category. For example, you may choose hair services as the service category.
  • Item Name: Use this option to specify the name of the service. For example, if you choose hair services as the service category earlier, you can further filter down to services such as global coloring, color touch up, hair cut and blow dry, hair straightening, or hair perm. 

Guest Count by Visit Frequency Cluster

This dashboard gives you the number of guests who visited you 1-3 times, 4-6 times, 7-9 times,  10-12 times, or More than 12 times in the time range you specify. 

Average Invoice Value - Month over Month

This line graph shows you the average invoice value on a month to month basis for the time period you specify.  If the date range you specify is more than a year, then the details for each year appear in different colored lines. You can hover your mouse over the graph for further details. 

Average Invoice Value by Visit Frequency Cluster

This line graph gives you the number of guests who visited you 1-3 times, 4-6 times, 7-9 times,  10-12 times, or More than 12 times in the time range you specify. Each of these details appear in different colored lines. You can hover your mouse over the graph for further details. Click th6  + and - signs on the left bottom corner of the dashboard to view details by the quarter or for up to 6 months at a time.
