Use these dashboards to discover campaign redemptions by member status and by spending pattern (above or below average spend by guests across the organization) - both, by count and value, in a given time period. This data gives you clues about making your campaigns more effective. 

Filters

  • Start Date, End Date: Use these filters to specify the date range to track details regarding appointment time at your centers. For example, which day of the week and which time of the day do guests prefer for appointments.
    Note
    : These filters apply to all the charts.
  • Zone Name: Use this option to filter all the charts based on the Zone you select.
  • Centre Name: Use this option to filter all the charts by the Center you select.
  • Guest Gender: Use this option to filter all the charts by Male, Female, or Not Applicable or All guests respectively. 
  • Customer Type: Use this filter to specify the Guest Type such as Existing Guest, New Guest, or All. 
  • Is Member: Use this filter to specify whether you want to see data only about guests who are members. 
  • Invoice Source: Use this filter to specify the source of the invoice such as Appointment Book, Mobile, and Webstore.
  • Item Name: Use this option to filter based on the service name. For example, Facial - Women.
  • Item Type Code: Use this option to filter based on the item type such as a service or a product. 

Campaign Redemption by Customer Type - Count

This visualisation shows the number of campaign redemptions of guests by Membership Status. This graph shows data on a monthly basis for the selected time period.

Campaign Redemption by Customer Type - Discount Value

This visualisation shows the Discount Value from campaign redemptions for guests with different Membership Status (Is a Member, Never Been a Member). This graph shows data on a monthly basis for the selected time period.
Note: The running sum for a given month is the total count of items till that month. For example, if your start and end dates are Jan 1 to June 30, and you hover on March, then the running sum for March is the sum of the count of items from Jan to March.

Campaign Redemption by Member Status - Value

This bar graph shows the number of campaign redemptions by guests based on member status across the organization. This graph shows data on a monthly basis for the selected time period.

Campaign Redemption by Gender - Discount Value

This bar graph shows the Discount Value of campaign redemptions for guests based on average spend (Above Average Spenders and Below Average Spenders) across the organization. This graph shows data on a monthly basis for the selected time period.
