This article describes the permissions available for every function that a role can perform within Zenoti.

To customize role permissions for each function

  1. Ensure that you are on the Edit Role page.
  2. On the Permissions tab, a list of functions display. You can allow or restrict any of the permissions for a role in your organization.
    Click the appropriate function link below to view the available permissions and the descriptions. 
  • Administrator Functions: Lists all the administrative settings and permissions that you can configure for any role in your organization.
    These settings and permissions are required to set up the Zenoti software.
  • Appointment Book Functions: Lists the permissions related to the functions you can perform on the Appointment Book. 
  • Employee Manager Functions: Lists the permissions available to manage employees at your organization. 
  • Guest Manager Functions: Lists the permissions available to manage guest information. 
  • Inventory Functions: Lists the permissions available to manage the inventory at your organization (purchase and transfer orders, audit, and reconciliation). 
  • Loyalty Manager Functions: Lists the permissions available to manage coupons, gift cards, prepaid cards, issues, and loyalty programs. 
  • Marketing Manager Functions: Lists the permissions available to manage the marketing functions at your organization such as campaigns, packages, discounts, memberships, and target segments. 
  • Sales Functions: Lists the permissions available to manage opportunities and sales at your organization. 
  • Training Functions: Lists the permissions available to manage training or classes at your organization. 
  • Zenoti Mobile: Lists the permissions available to access the Geofence tab and update the geofence boundaries.
