Extend the Expiry Date of Loyalty Points 

Previously, you could not extend the expiry date of loyalty points (in either the regular or tiered loyalty program). We have now added a new permission, "Extend Expiry" for loyalty points.

Staff, who have this permission, can extend the expiry date of loyalty points accrued by a guest from the Points tab of the guest's profile. You cannot extend the expiry date of points if they have already expired. To learn more, read the help article.

Reports

Label Changes to a Few Items in the Daily Summary Report 

We have updated the names of a few labels related to ‘Sales’ in the Daily Summary report. Currently, the ‘Sales’ numbers in the report at times, reflect ‘net sales’ and at other times, they reflect ‘gross sales’. To help avoid this confusion, we have made the following updates: 

  • Revenue and Sales Summary is now Revenue and Invoices Summary
  • Sales Modified is now Invoices Modified
  • #Old Sales Modified is now #Old Invoices Modified
  • Open Sales Details is now Open Invoice Details

Administration

Hide the Purchase Price of Products from Employees 

You can now hide the purchase price of products (the price that your business buys a product from a vendor) from employees who receive products deliveries. This helps to hide your profit margins on retail products from these employees.  

An owner or administrator, can enable the Hide Price option for specific roles (Admin > Organizations > Security roles > Role name > Permissions tab > Inventory Manager > Inventory > Hide Price). 

When this option is enabled, the following pages in Zenoti do not display the purchase price of the products: Purchase Order pages, Transfer Order pages, and the Current Stock report. 

Centers Can Control If They Want To Collect Guest Feedback

If an organization has turned on guest feedback capabilities, centers can now disable the feature.
Your administrator can enable this option by navigating to Admin > Centers > Center Name > Settings > Appointment Book > Collect Feedback.  

Configure Dashboard Settings for Zenoti Web and Zenoti Mobile 

Organizations and Centers can now control if their employees can view the Employee Dashboard and Payroll Dashboard as follows: 

  • Organizations can now choose to allow their employees to view the Employee Dashboard in Zenoti. When your administrator enables the Employee Dashboard option (at the organization level, Admin > Organization > Organizations > Settings > Employee > Employee Dashboard), employees can view the My Dashboard by default.  
  • Centers can now choose to allow their employees to view the Employee Dashboard and Payroll Dashboard on Zenoti Mobile. Your administrator can enable the Employee Dashboard option at the center level (Admin > Organization > Centers > Center Name > Settings > Zenoti Mobile > Enable Employee Dashboard). After the Employee Dashboard is selected, the Payroll Dashboard appears. Your administrator can enable the options as required.

Integrations

Xero Integration - Petty Cash Sync Report 

If you use petty cash to manage small business expenses and sync all petty cash-related transactions from Zenoti to Xero, you can use the new report, "Xero Petty Cash Sync Report" to monitor whether any errors occurred.

Support for New Vantiv Mobile Device - Ingenico iCMP

Vantiv triPOS Mobile is a new integration that you can use with Zenoti Mobile’s POS. 

With this integration, you can connect an Ingenico iCMP card reader to an iPad (that has Zenoti Mobile’s POS installed) via Bluetooth and process card payments.

Easier Entry of Credit Card Details when Using Vantiv Cloud

If you are using Vantiv Cloud, your front desk cannot manually enter credit card details in the POS. 

Now, Zenoti will allow your front desk to manually enter card details in the POS.
