More Options Available under 'Actions' in the List View

You can benefit from several new options in the Actions menu of the List View of the Appointment Book. You can quickly take actions on appointments such as mark an appointment status as Start or Complete, delete appointments, and take payments for group bills. You can now also enter customer feedback and prescription data for appointments from the same menu.

Ability to Reopen and Make Changes to Group Invoices  

You can now reopen a group bill using the Reopen Group Bill option. When you do so, Zenoti opens up all the individual invoices that belong to the group bill - you can make changes to the group bill, if required. Note that all invoices that belong to the group bill, continue to belong to the group. 

Important: You can use the Reopen Group Bill option only if none of the individual invoices are in the financial lock period. If you use the Reopen Group Bill option and if even one of the individual invoices that belong to the group bill are in the financial lock period, Zenoti prevents you from opening the group bill. In such a scenario, you can use the Reopen option to reopen individual invoices (that do not fall in the financial lock period) to make changes, if required. 

Print Appointment and Client Notes 

With this release, you can print Appointment Notes and Client Notes from the Appointment Book using the new Print icon. These printed notes serve as a handy reference point for service providers and for the front desk in their efforts to provide the best possible experience for their guests. 

Sales and Opportunities

Gain Valuable Insights about the Quality of Your Leads using Call Dispositions 

When your marketing team makes calls to potential customers, they may get different responses such as, ‘Call me back after a day’, ‘Not interested’, or ‘Tell me more’. These responses are called Call Dispositions and help sales managers gain valuable insights about the quality of leads.

You can now create these call dispositions in Zenoti and associate the appropriate call disposition (or response) when you create an opportunity. This way, your team has relevant information about all your opportunities or leads at their fingertips and knows when next to follow-up on an opportunity. 

Example: Say, when you called up a prospective customer, the customer asked you to call back after a week. In such a case, you can create a disposition such as ‘Interested but call in a week’. You can then associate this disposition to the opportunity (while creating an opportunity). This way, a Sales Representative has the complete context for a sales lead or an opportunity.  Read Help article

Specify the Questions that should Appear on the Feedback Form

Earlier, you did not have the flexibility to choose the questions that appeared on the feedback form. All the questions were mandatory and all the questions appeared on the feedback form. 

Now, when you create a feedback form, you can choose the questions or sections that should appear on the feedback form. For example, you may want only two questions to appear on the feedback form. Since you limit your questions in this manner, guests too don’t mind spending a minute to fill in their feedback.

Maintain Negative Quantities for Unaudited Stocks

Earlier, if you had unaudited stocks, you could either reset the negative quantity to zero or you could consider it as unavailable stock. Now, you can continue to maintain a negative value for your unaudited stocks. To do so, use the new setting - Use projected stock values for unaudited products - negative stock would be maintained. If you select this option, and the current stock for an unaudited product is negative, Zenoti maintains the negative value. Maintaining negative quantity serves as a reminder for you to correct the stock quantity during the audit and reconciliation process.
Example
: Assume that you have three products in your warehouse - Aloe Vera Face Wash, Shea Butter Face Cream, and Green Tea Shampoo.
You have audited and updated the stock quantity of the face wash and face cream to 30 and 40 respectively. Let’s say, you have not audited the shampoo and in the current stock it’s quantity is -3.
After you submit your audit, you will continue to see the quantity for Green Tea Shampoo as -3 (minus 3) in the Reconciliation page.
