Below is the description of all criteria and operators to build custom target segments based on customer spend. 

Criteria: Average Spend
Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than
Description: Targets guests based on their average spend per visit. Select an operator and enter the spend value. For example, if you select between, enter the minimum and maximum spend values, and the system includes all the guests whose average spend per visit is within that range. 

Criteria: Last Visit's Spend
Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than
Description: Targets guests based on their last visit's spending. Select an operator and enter the spend value. For example, if you select equal to and enter a spend value, the system includes all the guests whose last visit's spend was exactly the specified amount. 

Criteria: Spend by Product
Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than
Enter: amount
Belongs to: Any product, belong to category/sub category/specific product, With tag
Description: You can create a customer segment based on the amount spent on retail. You can send out marketing campaigns about the products to the target segment to ensure your guests continue to remain loyal to your brand.
For example, create a target segment who spend more than 1000$ on any product so that you can send out offers on new product arrivals to these guests.

Criteria: Spend by Service
Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than
Description: Targets guests based on their total spend on a service or service category. Select an operator, enter the spend value, and type the name of a service or service category. For example, if you select less than, enter the $3000 as spend value, and then select Deep Tissue Massage as the service, the system includes all the guests who spent less than $3000 on Deep Tissue Massages.  

Criteria: Spend by Time
Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than
Description: Targets guests based on their spending in a specific time frame in the past. Select an operator, enter the spend value, and select a time frame from the list of options. For example, if you select less than, enter the a spend value, and then select a time frame such as 6 months. The system includes all the guests who spent less than the specified value in the last six months. 

Criteria: Spend by Time on an Invoice
Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than
Description: Targets guests based on the amount they spent in a single invoice in a selected time period. Select an operator, enter the spend value, and select a time frame from the list of options. For example, you can get the list of guests who have spent $500 to $1200 in a single invoice in the last 3 months. You can entice these consistent spenders with unique offers. 

Criteria: Total Spend
Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than
Description: Targets guests based on their total spend. Select an operator and enter the spend value. For example, if you select between, enter the minimum and maximum spend values, and the system includes all the guests whose total spend is within that range.
