Below is the description of all criteria and operators to build custom target segments based on sales opportunity.

Criteria: Call Disposition

Operator: is

Description: You can create a target segment of guests based on a call disposition (marked in Sales Opportunity). 

Example: If you want to create a target segment of guests with a disposition say, ‘Interested in Day Packages’ and send out interesting offers to the guests, do the following:

  • Select the 'is' operator
  • Select 'Interested in Day Packages' from the drop-down list

Criteria: Created Date

Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than

Description: You can create a target segment of guests based on creation date of the sale opportunities.
Example: You can revitalize sales opportunities older than 6 months, by sending out interesting offers and discounts to the targeted guests. Do the following to create the guest list: 

  • Select the 'more than' operator
  • Enter '6' in the text box and select 'Months' from the drop-down list

Criteria: Follow-up Date (Future)

Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than

Description: You can create a target segment of guests based on future follow-up dates and roll out attractive offers to them.  
Example: If you want to target opportunities with a follow-up date after 10 days, do the following:

  • Select the 'more than' operator
  • Enter '10' in the text box and select 'Days' from the drop-down list

Criteria: Follow-up Date (Past)

Operators: Between; equal to; less than; more than

Description: You can create a target segment of guests based on past follow-up date and roll out attractive offers to them.  

Example: If you want to target opportunities with a follow-up date before 6 days, do the following:

  • Select the 'less than' operator
  • Enter '6' in the text box and select 'Days' from the drop-down list

Criteria: Sales Stage

Operators: is

Description: You can create a target segment of prospective customers based on a sales stage. 

Example: If you want to create a target segment of people identified as ‘Prospect’ (Sales Stage marked in Sales Opportunity), and send out a communication to them to kindle their interest in your products or services, do the following: 

  • Select the 'is' operator
  • Select 'Prospect' from the drop-down list

Criteria: Source

Operators: is

Description: You can create a target segment of prospective customers based on a referral source. 

Example: If you want to create a target segment of guests who came in via Facebook (Source marked in Sales Opportunity), do the following:

  • Select the 'is' operator
  • Select 'Facebook' from the drop-down list
