If the Appointment Book does not reflect a Package that you created, check whether:

  • The date on which you are trying to view the package falls between the Booking Dates configured for the Package. You can check this from Center level > Admin > Resources > Packages > Name of the package > ¬†General > Booking Dates.
    Note: Packages are configured at the Organizational level, you cannot edit details at the Center level. 
  • The package is associated with your Center. You can check this from Organization level > Admin > Resources > Packages > Name of the package > Centers tab > Center name (The checkbox for your Center must be selected).
  • The services associated with the Package are offered at your center.
    You can view a list of services offered as part of the Package from Center level > Admin > Resources > Packages > Name of the package > Services tab.
    Note: Packages are configured at the Organizational level, you cannot edit details at the Center level.
