You can enable transfer of service credits for a membership only at the organization level.

To enable transfer of service credits for an existing membership

1. At the organization level, navigate to Marketing > Memberships > Memberships.
   The Manage Memberships page opens.

2. Search for and open the membership that you want to enable transfer of
    service credits.

3. In the General tab, Benefits section, select the Enable transfer of service credits
    checkbox.

4. Click Save.
    Your front desk can now transfer service credits of any guest who has purchased
     this membership to any person of their choice.

To enable transfer of service credits while creating a membership

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Marketing > Memberships > Memberships.
    The Manage Memberships page opens.
  2. Click Add.
    The Create New Membership page opens.
  3. In the General tab, Benefits section, select the Enable transfer of service credits checkbox. 
  4. Complete other fields based on your requirements. For more information on the fields, see, creating a recurring membership and creating a non-recurring (term-based) membership.
  5. Click Save.
    Your front desk can now transfer service credits of any guest who purchases this membership to any person of their choice.
