Recurring payment or Dunning settings are set up at the organization level. However, if a particular center needs different dunning settings, you can do so at the center level.

To set up different criteria for a specific center

  1. Make sure you select the relevant center.
  2. Open the Edit Center window.  
    (Admin Dashboard > Organization > Center > Center Name)
  3. On the Edit Center window, click Settings > Memberships
  4. Under Recurring Payments – Dunning Settings, select Override Organization Settings.
  5. Set up the recurring payments criteria.
