You will need Add and Edit permissions for Issues enabled for a role to either create or update an issue.

To enable permissions for creating or updating issues:

1. At the Organization level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Security Roles > Role
   Name
> Permissions Tab > Loyalty Manager > Issues
.

2. Ensure that you have the following permissions enabled:

  • Add: Allows you to create issues and add notes.
  • Edit: Allows you to modify the status of the issue.
