After you configure barcode print settings for your center, you can print barcode labels for individual products or for products in a purchase order.

In this article you will learn how to print barcode articles for individual products and for products in a purchase order.

Important: You can print barcode labels only for products that have a barcode assigned. Learn how to confirm if a product has a barcode assigned.

To print barcode labels for individual products

1. Insert a sheet of adhesive labels or paper that is supported by your
   barcode print settings of your center.

2. At the center level, navigate to Admin > Resources > Products.

    The Manage Products page appears.

3. Locate the product for which you wish to print barcode labels, and click the print
    icon.

    The Product Quantity window opens. 

4. Based on your requirement, do the following:

  • Barcode: This field lists all the barcodes associated with the product. Verify if the correct barcode is selected. The barcode you select here is printed on the barcode labels. 
  • Default Print: Prints the barcodes as per the print format you have set up for your center. If you want to print labels as per the default settings, select this option (if not already selected).In the screenshot above, the center is configured with Letter (80 Labels) - Avery 8167 print format. If you proceed with this option, Zenoti prints 80 barcodes (along with product name, code, and price) on Avery 8167 labels. 
  • Custom Print: This option is useful if you have a partially printed sheet and wish to print barcodes on the unused labels, or you do not need to print an entire sheet with barcodes. When you select this option, you will see fields that you can use to specify the row and column Zenoti must start printing from. You can also specify the number of barcodes to print.

  If you print with the above custom settings, for example, on an Avery 8167 labels
  sheet, printing takes place as shown below:

4. Click Print.
    The print window of the browser opens.

5. Based on the barcode print settings you have set for your center, set the Paper size
    to the following:

  • Regular (65 labels): Set Paper Size to A4
  • Regular (65 labels) - Avery L7651: Set Paper Size to A4
  • Letter (80 labels) - Avery 8167: Set Paper Size to Letter
  • Label Printer: Set Paper Size to A4

6. Set the Margins to None and click Print.
    The barcode labels are printed.

Print barcodes for products in a purchase order

Zenoti allows you to easily print barcode labels for all the products in a purchase order without you having to individually select products and specify the print quantity.
Example: If you have received a purchase order with 30 Green Tea Shampoos and 20 Green Tea Conditioners. Now, when you print barcodes for this purchase order, Zenoti prints a total of 50 labels - 30 barcode labels for Green Tea Shampoo and 20 labels for Green Tea Conditioner.

To Print barcodes for products in a purchase order

1. Insert a sheet of adhesive labels or paper that is supported by your
   barcode print settings of your center.
2. Locate and open the purchase order.

3. Click Print Barcodes.

    The print window of the browser opens.

4. Based on the barcode print settings you have set for your center, set the Paper size
    to the following:

  • Regular (65 labels): Set Paper Size to A4
  • Regular (65 labels) - Avery L7651: Set Paper Size to A4
  • Letter (80 labels) - Avery 8167: Set Paper Size to Letter
  • Label Printer: Set Paper Size to A4

5. Set the Margins to None and click Print.
    The barcode labels for the products in the purchase order are printed as per the
     barcode print settings of your center.
