• Issue: I completed FCC client installation. However, when I'm taking a card payment on POS, I see a message that the device is not connected.
    Solution:  Unplug the terminal from the computer and restart the Freeway Client Service in the Services window.
  • Issue: The Ingenico iPP350 payment terminal shows "Lane is closed".
    Solution: Unplug the terminal from the computer and restart the Freeway Client Service in the Services window.
