Combination of Tax Invoice and Tax Receipt Voucher

The POS window generates a combination of a Tax Invoice and a Tax Receipt Voucher while collecting a partial payment for invoices that include the following:

  • A package (with service benefits) and products
In this case, Zenoti first assigns a payment to the product and generates a Tax Invoice number. It then assigns the remaining amount to the package and generates a Tax Receipt Voucher number. Finally, it prints two separate receipts for the Tax Invoice and the Tax Receipt Voucher.
  • A service, product, and package (with service benefits)
In this case, Zenoti first assigns a payment to the product, and then to the service. Even if the amount of the service and product is not fully paid, it generates a Tax Invoice number. Zenoti then assigns the remaining amount to the package and generates a Tax Receipt Voucher number. Finally, it prints separate receipts for the Tax Invoice and Tax Receipt Voucher
