A dispute or a chargeback occurs when a cardholder raises a complaint with their bank or credit card company about a payment made to you.

Upon receiving the complaint, the bank creates a formal dispute, reverses the payment, notifies us, and a $15 dispute fee is levied by the card network.

You can use the Zenoti Payments - Disputes report to decide your next course of action.

Using Zenoti Payments - Disputes report, you can:

  • View details of disputed transactions including invoice and guest details, dispute amount and status, and respond by date.
  • Submit evidence to make your case that the payment was valid.
  • Accept dispute.
