The Shipping information form appears when you click Next on the Purchase information form of the Submit Evidence wizard.
Note: You are required to fill this form if you have shipped a product to your guest. If you have not, you can click Next and proceed to the Service information form.
Important: Before you begin filling the form, review the list of evidence you must provide for your dispute type.
The Shipping information form consists of the following fields:
- Package Carrier: The delivery service that shipped a physical product, such as Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc. If multiple carriers were used for this purchase, separate the names of the carriers with commas.
- Tracking number: The tracking number for a physical product, obtained from the delivery service. If multiple tracking numbers were generated for this purchase, separate them with commas.
- Proof of shipping: Documentation showing proof that a product was shipped to the guest at the same address the guest provided to you. This could include a copy of the shipment receipt or a shipping label, and should show the full shipping address of the guest, if possible.
Date of shipment: The date on which a physical product began its route to the shipping address.
Important: This date should be prior to the date of the dispute.
- Shipping address: The address to which a physical product was shipped. You should try to include the complete address information if possible. The shipping address should match a verified billing address to maximize your likelihood of winning the dispute.
If you do not need to add purchase, service, or any additional information, click Submit evidence now or click Save for later to come back and submit evidence at a later point in time.
