You can send out reminder emails to guests when their package expires or just before it expires so that they may renew the same. A guest whose package has just expired or is about to expire represents an ideal sales opportunity or a sales lead that you can use to follow-up to increase the revenues of your center. You need to get in touch with such guests and persuade them to renew their packages.
To create email reminders and sales opportunities for guests whose package is about to expire
- Ensure that you are at the organization level and in the Admin mode.
- Go to Organization > Organizations > Settings > Packages.
- Select the checkbox Email guest on package expiry.
- Select the checkbox Create an Opportunity to follow-up and specify when you want to send an email to the guest informing them to renew their Package using the option Send EMail __ Days (Before/After) Expiration.
Important: Ensure that the Membership Expiry Reminder (Mail and Text) is turned On at the organization level from Organizations > Email/Texts > Memberships and Packages section. In this way, guests are aware of their Membership status and can take necessary action.
Important: Ensure the Opportunity Create option is turned On at the Organization level from Organizations > Email/Texts > Employee so that when the application creates a new Opportunity (for Package expiry), the appropriate sales owner, center manager, or call center executive is notified.
- Click Save.
Zenoti sends out email reminders to guests and creates Sales Opportunities when guests’ Packages expire or are about to expire.
