You can use the Text Usage report to:
- View details of all the transactional text notifications (such as, Appointment Confirmation, Appointment Reminder) sent by your center in a certain time period.
- Status of the notifications (if delivered or not).
- Verify if a number that a notification was sent to and the number that is currently associated with the guest profile is the same.
