If you set up automatic issue creation, you can configure which employee get notified when a customer gives a low feedback rating.
To set up recipient of notifications for issues created automatically:
- Ensure you are at the center level and navigate to Admin > Organization > Centers.
The Manage Centers window opens.
- Click the name of a center to edit its settings.
- On the Edit Center window, click the Settings tab, and then click General.
- From the Issue Owner list, select the name of the person who should be notified via SMS or email.
- Click Save.
You have successfully configured the recipient of notifications for issues created automatically.
