Only users with appropriate permissions can modify the start date or expiration date for a package.

To turn on this permission, administrators must go to Organizational level > Admin > Organization > Security Roles > Role > Permissions tab > Administrator section > Packages > Extend (select checkbox).

Users with the above permission can update the Start date or Expiration date of a package from Appointment Book > Guest Profile > Packages tab > Locate the appropriate package > Click Start Date / Expiration Date to update the dates using the calendar.
