Some businesses prefer to round-up clock-in and clock out hours of employees to the next 15 minutes instead of using exact hours. For example, if an employee works for 1 hr 31 minutes, Zenoti calculates it as 1.51666 hrs and rounds to 1.52 (2 decimals). In this case, some businesses may want to round this to 1 hr 45 minutes which would be 1.75 hrs.

In essence, the records for clock-in and clock out hours would have either full hours such as 1hr, 2hr, 3hr, and so on or quarterly increments such as 1.25hrs, 1.5hrs, 1.75hrs.
