This report shows the details that measure the performance of your employees based on the services performed, items sold, and feedback they received from guests.

Navigation

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab and click Try the New Version.

The Reports Dashboard appears.

3. Search for and open the report.
The Employee KPI report opens in a new tab.

4. Depending on the requirement, select the desired filters.
Note: You can view the report only for all the centers you have access to.

5. Click Refresh.
The report is generated based on the selected filters.

Note: This list also includes those employees who are on loan or on deputation to the center selected from the Work Center drop-down.

Lets you view the report by considering tax for all sales calculations in this report.

Work Center

The center at which the employee is currently working at.

Employee Code

The unique code that identifies this employee.

Employee Name

The name of this employee (First name, Last name).

Note: Click the name to view the employee’s profile.

Job

The job assigned to this employee.

Invoice Count

The total number of invoices with at least one item sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Total Employee Sales Value

The amount of sales (services and other items) made by this employee.

For sales that are split between multiple employees, the amount is the fraction by which the sale was split among the employees.

For example, if a $100 service is split between two employees in the ratio of 40:60, then the employee's sale value will show as $40 for the first employee and $60 for the other employee.

Average Invoice Value

The total amount of sales made by the employee divided by the invoice count.

Average Invoice Value = Total Employee Sales Value / Invoice Count

Guest Count

The total number of guests who were serviced by the employee or to whom this employee has sold an item.

Note: If there are multiple invoices by the same guest in the given time period, the guest count is considered only once for that guest.

The invoices for the following transactions are not considered in guest count:

  • Refunds
  • Recurring invoices
  • Freeze fees

New Guest Count

The total number of new guests who were serviced by this employee or to whom the employee has sold an item.

Note: If there are multiple invoices by the same guest in the given time period, the guest count is considered only once for that guest.

The invoices for the following transactions are not considered in guest count:

  • Refunds
  • Recurring invoices
  • Freeze fees

New Guest%

The percentage of new guests compared to all the guests serviced by this employee. It is calculated as

New Guest% = (New Guest Count/ Guest Count)x100

Requested Count

The total number of services for which the guests have requested specifically for this employee.

Requested%

The percentage of guests who have requested specifically for this employee. It is calculated as

Requested% = (Requested Count/Services Count)x100

Walk-ins Count

The total number of walk-in appointments performed by this employee.

Walk-ins%

The percentage of walk-in appointments performed by this employee. It is calculated as

Walk-ins% = (Walk-Ins Count/Appointments Count)x100

Online Count

The total number of invoices with source as online that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Online %

The percentage of invoices with source as online that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

It is calculated as

Online % = (Online Count/Invoices Count)x100

Rebooked Count

The total number of rebooked appointments that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

For example, a guest visits the center on 1st Jan for the Hair Spa appointment and books another appointment for Skin Care for 15th Jan, the Skin Care appointment becomes the rebooked appointment.

Rebooked%

The percentage of rebooked appointments that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

It is calculated as

Rebooked% = (Rebooked Count/Services Count)*100

Rebooking Source Count

The total number of appointments that were sold by this employee and another appointment was rebooked on the same day. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

For example, a guest visits the center on 1st Jan for the Hair Spa appointment and books another appointment for Skin Care for 15th Jan, the Hair Spa appointment becomes the rebooking source appointment.

Addon Count

The total number of add-on services that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Addon%

The percentage of add-on services that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Addon% = (Add On Count/Service Sales Count)

Service Provided Count

The total number of services that were performed by this employee.

Service Sales

The total amount of sales that is made by this employee from services.

For sales that are split between multiple employees, the amount is the fraction by which the sale was split among the employees.

For example, if a $100 service is split between two employees in the ratio of 40:60, then the employee's sale value will show as $40 for the first employee and $60 for the other employee.

Average Service Value per Invoice

The average of sales that is made by this employee from services.

For sales that are split between multiple employees, the amount is the fraction by which the sale was split among the employees.

It is calculated as

Average Service Value per Invoice = (Service Sales/ Invoices Count with services with sale by as the employee)x100

Product Sales Invoice Count

The total number of invoices on which products were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Product Sales Count

The total number of products that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Bought Product%

The percentage of invoices on which this employee performed services and up-sold products.

It is calculated as

Bought Product% = (Invoice Count with Services and Products for the employee/Invoice Count with services for the employee) x 100

Product/Service%

The percentage of the value of products to the value of services that were sold by this employee. It is calculated as

Product/Service% = (Product Sales/Service Sales) x 100

Product/Total%

The percentage of the value of products to the value of all items that were sold by this employee. It is calculated as

Product/Total% = (Product Sales/Total Employee Sales Value) x 100

Membership Sales

The total amount of sales made by this employee towards memberships. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Membership Sales Count

The total number of memberships sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Package Sales

The total amount of sales made by this employee towards packages. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Package Sales Count

The total number of packages that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Gift Card Sales

The total amount of sales made by this employee towards gift cards. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Gift Card Sales Count

The total number of gift cards that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Prepaid Card Sales

The total amount of sales made by this employee towards prepaid cards. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Prepaid Card Sales Count

The total number of prepaid cards that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Campaign Redemption Count

The number of campaigns that were applied on items sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Sale Count

The total number of items that were sold by this employee. This number includes even the sales that are split between multiple employees.

Average Feedback

The average of all ratings that this employee received during the selected time period.

Cancelled/No Show Count

The total number of appointments that were marked as no-show or cancelled, on which this employee is selected as the Sale By employee.
