This report shows the details of all the reports that are already emailed or scheduled to be sent in the future.

In Zenoti, you can email reports instantly or schedule them for the future. Zenoti picks the email address from the employee’s profile who initiated the action. If you want to receive reports on an email address other than the one on your profile, you must update the email address.

Navigation

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab and click Try the New Version.

The Reports Dashboard appears.

3. Search for and open the report.
The Email Scheduler report opens in a new tab.

4. Depending on the requirement, select the desired filters.
Note: You can view the report only for all the centers you have access to.

5. Click Refresh.
The report is generated based on the selected filters.

Lets you view the report depending on if email scheduler is active on the selected day or during the selected time period.

Lets you view the report by email statuses:

  • Queued: The email is initiated but not delivered.
  • Delivered: The email is delivered.
  • Failed: The email is not delivered due to technical reasons such as invalid email address, no email credits for the center, or the employee does not have permission to send an email.
  • Scheduled: The email is scheduled to be sent in the future.

Column Descriptions

Column Name

Description

Report Name

The name of the report that is already emailed or scheduled for the future.

View Name

The name of the view from which the report is already emailed or scheduled for future.

User

The name of the employee who has emailed the report or scheduled the report.

Email ID

The email address of the employee as per the profile in Zenoti.

File Type

The type of the file that is already emailed or scheduled for future.

Note: Currently, Zenoti supports only Excel format.

Frequency

The intervals at which the report is scheduled - Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Status

The status of the email.

  • Queued: The email is initiated but not delivered.
  • Delivered: The email is delivered.
  • Failed: The email is not delivered due to technical reasons such as invalid email address on the employee profile, no email credits for the center, or the employee does not have permission to send email.
    Note: If an email is not sent, Zenoti does not deduct email credits.
  • Scheduled: The email is scheduled to be sent in the future.

Sent On

The date on which the email was sent.

Active

Indicates if the scheduler is active with a Yes or No.

Note: This column applies only to reports that have a scheduler configured.

Scheduled Date

The date on which the email is scheduled.
