Verify whether your center currently allows employees to view guest details

At the center level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Centers > Center Name > Settings > Employee > Employee Mobile Application.

  • If Allow viewing guest details checkbox is selected - it means that you allow your employees to view guest details (but not the phone number and email address).
  • If Allow viewing guest contact details checkbox is selected - it means that you allow your employees to view guest contact information (phone number and email address).
  • If Allow editing guest contact details checkbox is selected - it means that you allow your employees to edit guest contact information (phone number and email address).

To allow your employees to view and edit guest details

1. At the organization level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Security Roles > Employee role > General tab.

Check if the appropriate access option for the guest profile is selected:

  • Show guest history: Allow the employees with this role to view all tabs on the guest profile page.
  • Show Service history only: Allows the employees with this role to view only the upcoming and past appointments from the guest profile page (service history).

2. Click the Permissions tab and navigate to Guest Manager > Guests.

3. Check if the role has Add, Edit, or both permissions enabled.

Depending on your requirement, you can assign or remove additional permissions.

4. Click Save.
