Guest custom data allows you to capture additional guest related information beyond the regular details provided at the time of creating a new guest profile.

Verify if your center currently allows employees to view and edit guest custom data
- At the center level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Centers > Center Name > Settings > Employee > Employee Mobile Application.
- If the Allow viewing and editing of guest custom data check box is selected - it means that you allow your employees to view and edit guest custom data.
Employees can view, edit, or both view and edit guest custom data, only if their role has the required permissions.
To allow your employee view, edit, or both view and edit guest custom data
- At the organization level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Security Roles > Employee role > Permissions tab > Guest Manager > GuestsCustomData.
- Check if the role has View, Edit, or both permissions enabled.
Depending on your requirement, you can either enable permissions to view or/and, edit data in guest custom forms.
- Click Save.
