Verify whether your center currently allows employees to view and edit service custom data

  1. At the center level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Centers > Center Name > Settings > Employee > Employee Mobile Application.
  2. If Allow viewing and editing of appointment custom data checkbox is selected - it means that you allow your employees to view and edit service custom data.

Employees can view, edit, or both view and edit service custom data only if their role has permissions.

To allow your employee view, edit, or both view and edit service custom data

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Security Roles > Employee role > Permissions tab > Appointment Book > ServiceCustomData.
  2. Check whether the role has View, Edit, or both permissions enabled.
    Depending on your requirement, you can either grant permissions to either view, edit, or both view and edit service custom data.
  3. Click Save.
