Guest feedback is useful information about the guest's experience at your center.

Verify whether your center currently allows employees to collect guest feedback

  1. At the center level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Centers > Center Name > Settings > Employee > Employee Mobile Application.
  2. If Allow feedback checkbox is selected - it means that you allow your employees to collect guest feedback.

Your employees can collect guest feedback after payment is collected, only if:

If your center is set up to collect payments in Mirror Mode or Guest Mode, verify whether the Collect Feedback setting is enabled for your organization and center:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Admin > Organizations > Settings > Appointment Book and verify if Collect Feedback is selected.
  2. At the center level, navigate to Admin > Centers > Center Name > Settings > Appointment Book and verify if Collect Feedback is selected.
