Allowing your employees to check-in guests will help your front- desk staff schedule appointments more effectively and better utilize resources.

Verify whether your center currently allows employees to check-in guests

  1. At the center level, navigate to Admin > Organization > Centers > Center Name > Settings > Employee > Employee Mobile Application.
  2. If Allow guest checkin checkbox is selected - it means that you allow your employees to check-in guests using Employee Productivity App.

Zenoti Mobile

Zenoti Mobile, by default, allows all employees to check-in guests. Currently, you cannot exclusively choose which employee can check-in guests.
