Appointment notes allow the front-desk staff to document and keep track of important information related to an appointment.

If the front-desk staff is using the Queue view, the front-desk staff can click the Appointment Notes icon, as shown in the following image, and perform actions such as adding, editing, or deleting the appointment notes.

To add appointment notes

  1. Open the Queue view and locate the appointment.
  2. Tap the Appointment notes icon.
    The Appointment Notes window appears.
  3. To enter notes, click Add and add notes.

4. Click Save.
The appointment note is added.

To edit appointment notes

  1. Open the Queue view and locate the appointment.
  2. Tap the Appointment notes icon.
    The Appointment Notes window appears
  3. To edit notes, click Edit and make the necessary changes.
  4. Click Save.
    The appointment note is modified.

To delete appointment notes

  1. Open the Queue view and locate the appointment.
  2. Tap the Appointment notes icon.
    The Appointment Notes window appears.
  3. To delete notes, click Edit and clear the notes.
  4. Click Save.
    The appointment note is deleted.
