At times, you may not have the time to create and design a campaign from scratch. You need a quick way to select a campaign design and content so that with just a few tweaks your business is ready to announce some cool deals!

Zenoti offers well-designed, ready-to-launch email/text campaigns that you can use to cater to such situations. These predefined campaigns are so handy that you can create, customize, and send a campaign within minutes.

Important: Target segments and the discounts are created automatically for the quick-launch campaigns.

To create and send a quick-launch campaign

Before you begin, if you're creating a campaign for your entire business, ensure you are at the organization level. However, if you're creating a campaign for a center, ensure you are at the center level.

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns > Email/Text Message.
    The Email/Text Message Campaigns page appears.

2. View the set of quick launch campaigns. You can do this in one of the two ways:

  • Click Add Quick Launch Campaign.

  • Or, click the down arrow next to Add Quick Launch Campaign.
    The list of quick-launch campaigns appears.

3. Select the desired campaign.

The campaign opens for editing.

The campaign has predefined details such as Campaign Name, Offer Code, Description, Communication Channel, Campaign Type, and Content.

4. Based on your requirements, you can edit the campaign details and customize the content.
Important: By default, the name of the campaign, the name of the corresponding target segment, and the name of the corresponding discount (if any) are the same. So, if you edit the name of the campaign, the target segment’s name and the discount’s name do not get updated automatically.

5. (Optional) Customize the details.

6. Open the Save and publish section.

7. (Optional) Click Save and close if you want to save the changes and work on it later.
8. If you want to send the campaign right away, click Send now.
The campaign is sent to the selected recipients.

However, if you want to schedule the campaign for a later date in the future, click schedule a time, select the desired date and time, and click Schedule.

Available Campaigns

Announcements

For the announcement campaigns, Zenoti automatically creates the corresponding target segment for the first time when a campaign is created and reuses the same target segment the next time the same campaign is created.

For example, if you create the Engage recent guests campaign for the first time, Zenoti creates the required target segment and assigns it to Engage recent guests campaign automatically. So, the next time if you create the Engage recent guests campaign again, the existing target segment is used.

Note: The name of the campaign and the auto-created target segment is the same unless you rename the campaign name.

The following is the list of quick-launch announcement campaigns:

  • Engage recent guests
  • Engage guests who have spent $500 or more
  • Engage guests who have spent $100 or more
  • Engage guests who have spent $1500 or more
  • Engage guests who have spent $2000 or more
  • Engage monthly regular guests
  • Engage bi-monthly regular guests
  • Engage retail purchasers
  • Engage guests who have not purchased retail
  • Engage all guests within 6 months

Discount Campaigns

For the discount campaigns, Zenoti automatically creates the following:

  • The corresponding target segment for the first time when a campaign is created and reuses the same target segment the next time the same campaign is created.
  • An invoice-level discount for the first time when a campaign is created and reuses the same discount the next time the same campaign is created.

For example, if you create the Engage recent guests with 10% campaign for the first time, Zenoti creates the required target segment and assigns it to Engage recent guests with 10% campaign automatically. So, if you create the Engage recent guests with 10% campaign again, the existing target segment is used.

Note: By default, the name of the campaign and the auto-created discount is the same, unless you rename the campaign name.
