When you are facing payment issues on triPOS, or having connectivity issues on triPOS Direct, it is widely recommended that you restart the services on triPOS and retry the payment processing.

Note: This FAQ lists the procedure for restarting triPOS services on a Windows PC.

To restart the services on triPOS

  1. On your Windows PC, search for Services.
    The Services app appears.
  2. Click to open the Services app.
    The app opens and displays all the running services.

3. Locate and right-click triPOS.NET service.

4. From the right-click options, select Restart.
The triPOS service will restart.
