Different Scenarios When you Set Tax Inclusive or Exclusive Service Pricing for your Business

When you enter the price information for a service, it includes sale price and tax details of each service. This allows you to set the service definition level for individual services.

The following scenarios show you how the final prices appear based on the price information setup and your choice of showing tax inclusive or exclusive pricing to the customers using the kiosk.

Scenario 1

You have set up tax-inclusive service pricing for your business. In such a case, it is mandatory to set all the service prices inclusive of tax.

In such cases, guests can see tax-inclusive service under Your Selection on the right-hand side of the screen and the tax associated appears separately in Total.

Scenario 2

You have set up tax-exclusive service pricing for your business. You have services that are inclusive as well as exclusive of tax.

In such a case, in Your Selection on the right-hand side of the screen, any taxes applicable to the services selected appear separately.

Scenario 3

You have set up tax-exclusive service pricing for your business. You have service prices exclusive of tax.

In such a case, tax-exclusive pricing in Your Selection on the right-hand side of the screen.
