If you want to allow an employee to freeze guests' memberships, perform the following steps.

  1. At the organization level, Admin > Organization > Security Roles.
    The Manage Security Roles page appears. 
  2. Find the role you want to which you want to assign the permission and click it.
    The Edit Role page appears.
  3. Go to the Permissions tab.
  4. Expand the Marketing Manager section.
  5. In the Memberships section, select Freeze.
  6. Click Save
