If you want to allow an employee to freeze guests' memberships, perform the following steps.
- At the organization level, Admin > Organization > Security Roles.
The Manage Security Roles page appears.
- Find the role you want to which you want to assign the permission and click it.
The Edit Role page appears.
- Go to the Permissions tab.
- Expand the Marketing Manager section.
- In the Memberships section, select Freeze.
- Click Save.
